About this Event
About this Event
Earlier this year, the Greater Keene Chamber of Commerce (GKCC) Board of Directors authorized the formation of a task force to assess the feasibility of a sustainable, multi-year, multi-platform branding and marketing campaign to "promote the region" (PTR), and to report back to the Board this summer. The core task force has been formed, under the leadership of Jamie Trowbridge, GKCC board member and President of Yankee Publishing in Dublin, and had its first meeting in early March.
On April 17th, GKCC members and other interested stakeholders are invited to provide input on the work of the task force to date, as well as to the emerging ideas about what a campaign might look like. The session will be led by Jamie, supported by other members of the core task force, including GKCC President/CEO Phil Suter. It is important to note that this feasibility phase of the project does not presume that there will, or won't, be adequate support for such a campaign, nor how such a campaign might be managed. That will depend largely on the amount and sources of financial support.
