Free Community Health Education Classes for Caregivers Related to Dementia and Alzheimer's on March 21 and March 28
Keene, NH–Cheshire Medical Center, a member of Dartmouth Health, is pleased to partner with Home Healthcare Hospice and Community to offer a two-part caregiver series led by Melissa Grenier, LCSW, who serves as regional manager for the Alzheimer’s Association’s Massachusetts/New Hampshire Chapter. The caregiver series, part of the Center for Population Health’s Community Health Education program, is a non-cost community benefit designed to help community members live a healthy, well-balanced life. The classes also foster community connection, education, and overall well-being.
Both classes will be held at Home Healthcare Hospice and Community Service’s Castle Center at 312 Marlboro St. in Keene. Registration is required 2 days before the event and can be confirmed on Cheshire’s online Events and Classes page at cheshiremed.org/events.
