Cheshire Medical Center Welcomes New Providers
Keene, NH — Cheshire Medical Center, a member of Dartmouth Health, is pleased to welcome three new providers to its medical staff this November.

Amr El Meligy, MD, Joins Cardiology

El Meligy recently finished his cardiology fellowship at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts, through the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He did his residency in internal medicine at Kent Hospital in Warwick, Rhode Island, through the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. El Meligy earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical School of Cairo University in Cairo, Egypt, where he also completed a postgraduate Diplomate of Cardiovascular Disease program. He has professional experience on the left ventricular assist device (LVAD) cardiac team at Aswan, Egypt, where he also functioned as the education coordinator for the intensive thoracic unit.
The mission of the Cheshire Cardiology Department is to positively impact the health and well-being of our community by providing a regional program of comprehensive, integrated services focused on the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease and cardiac rehabilitation. The Cardiology providers and staff deliver high quality care by emphasizing patient awareness, promotion of healthy lifestyle, and empowerment to make the right choices.  Our providers strive to improve the cardiac condition of patients with chronic heart disease in order to achieve optimal quality of life.

Hannah Terrazzino, PA-C, Joins Emergency Department 

Terrazzino recently completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Colorado in Aurora, Colorado. As part of that program, she completed her residency at various Colorado medical centers in family medicine, urgent care, women’s health, intensive care, and emergency medicine, among others. Terrazzino, who also has experience as an emergency room scribe at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in health science from Drexel University in Philadelphia. She is a Keene native and a Keene High School graduate.
The Cheshire Medical Center Emergency Department (ED) provides continuous emergency care, 24-hours per day, 365 days a year. The state-of-the-art ED includes private, universal treatment rooms, triage rooms, telemedicine, and dedicated behavioral health space designed to meet patients’ needs.

Kelsey Trombley, MSN, APRN, Joins Family Medicine 

Trombley earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, New Hampshire.Trombley has spent the last five years in various roles at Cheshire, including working in the Nurse Clinic and Wound Care Clinic. She also worked with the Greater Monadnock Public Health Network at the area’s COVID-19 vaccination clinics as a registered nurse since 2021. 
At Cheshire, each Family Medicine patient is assigned a primary care provider who leads the team in caring for them. This provider may be a physician or a nurse practitioner. In Cheshire’s Medical Home team-based care model, several highly specialized providers and healthcare professionals work together to provide the right level of care for each patient. As Family Nurse Practitioners, they provide primary care to individuals of all ages, with an emphasis on preventive medicine and comprehensive patient care. They guide patients to maintain wellness by focusing on preventive treatments, and help those with chronic conditions to understand and manage their illnesses and reduce symptoms.
