Cheshire Medical Center Podiatrist Offers Free Class on Common Foot and Ankle Problems
Keene, NH – Cheshire Medical Center, a member of Dartmouth Health, is pleased to offer a health and wellness class focused on foot health on Thursday, March 23, from 5 to 6 pm at 580 Court Street in Auditorium A on the first floor. The class, part of the Center for Population Health’s Community Health Education series, is a non-cost community benefit designed to help community members live a healthy, well-balanced life. The series fosters community connection, education, and overall well-being. Registration is required 2 days before the event and can be confirmed on Cheshire’s online Events and Classes page at cheshiremed.org/events.

Join Cheshire Medical Center Podiatrist Serena R. Shomody, DPM, FACFAS, on Thursday, March 23, from 5 to 6 pm as she provides simple tips for foot health. During this presentation, Dr. Shomody will explain everyday foot and ankle problems such as bunions, hammertoes, heel pain, flat foot, and common ankle pain. You will also learn about the cause, symptoms, and treatments for plantar fasciitis, commonly known as heel spurs.
Presenter: Serena R. Shomody, DPM, FACFAS, is a skilled reconstructive foot and ankle surgeon and serves as chair of Cheshire’s Podiatry department.
