We are a provider-owned family practice focused on affordable and accessible care. We believe in ease of access between patient and provider. We operate in a membership model of care which costs $25-$75 a month. Currently accepting individuals, families and small business accounts.

Our practice takes pride in increasing value and providing compassionate care. We manage acute and chronic diseases, well visits, sports physicals, pediatric visits, women's health and much more. We offer discounted pricing on labs, and dispense medications at wholesale costs. We participate in the state's vaccine program as well. All to offer you the best care you deserve
