Michele Chalice, the owner of Healthy Home Habitats, is an Environmental Landscape Designer.  She lives with her teenage daughter in the Healthy Home Habitats house on the near east side of Keene, NH. The urban property holds multiple, small-scale, demonstration gardens. These spaces display a variety of environmentally restorative, no-lawn, less-lawn, increased native plantings, and enhanced habitat creation. Michele has a Master’s degree in Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture.  She practiced as a licensed Landscape Architect in Illinois and Wisconsin for over three decades. She has worked and been raising her daughter here in Keene since 2007.
