Our client located in the Winchester area is looking to add a few Supervisor's to their team!  There are openings on all three shifts in various departments. These are great direct hire opportunities with a company that values their employees and promotes from within. This position will have you working Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm or 9:30pm-6:30am depending on shift and department with overtime as needed.


The position offers $50,000-70,000k/year depending on experience and shift and the company also provides a generous benefits package including health/dental/life insurance, 401k plan, paid holidays and vacation! 

As the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Ensure daily production goals are met through managing performance activities
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies, complete incident reports as needed
  • Supervise team members’ safety activities and address concerns
  • Complete documentation and data entry as required
  • Train, coach, supervise, discipline, and complete employee evaluations and reviews
  • Employee relations, maintaining positive work environment
  • Perform quality inspections
  • Support Lean Manufacturing goals
  • Effective communication and collaboration with productions teams and management to meet operational goals
  • Verify material availability prior to start of shift
  • Other duties as assigned

Your skills/qualifications for the Shift Supervisor position:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 2+ years manufacturing production experience
  • Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office and timekeeping applications
  • Proven leadership and teambuilding skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills and confident in conflict resolution
  • Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts
  • Must be self-motivated and self-directed to plan, prioritize, and manage daily activities
  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work hours as needed to meet organizational objectives
