Under direction of the Culinary Director, primary responsibilities will include:

  •     Ensure highest quality of customer service for our residents
  •     Maintain proper/hygienic food handling 
  •     Setting up food/supplies for special events
  •     Maintain sanitary conditions in dining areas
  •     Overseeing proper use of dietary equipment
  •    Carry out emergency procedures during shift
  •    Note and report areas or articles in need of repair
  •    Engage in prospective resident visits
  •    All assistant cooks must obtain and maintain a Serve Safe Certification
