Our client, an established manufacturing company in Keene, NH, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team!  This direct hire position will have you working Monday – Friday 7:30am-4:00pm and offers $19-$24/hour based on skills and experience.

You will also be eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, short-term disability, 401k, and paid vacation.

As the Customer Service Specialist your duties will include:

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone and email
  • Enter orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide order and shipping information to customers
  • Prepare shipping documentation
  • Research root cause and quickly resolve issues
  • Relationship building
  • Maintain office supplies as needed
  • Additional projects as assigned

Your qualifications for the Customer Service Specialist position:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years administrative/customer service experience
  • Manufacturing customer service experience is a plus
  • Solid computer skills
  • Fast and accurate data entry
  • Excellent customer service skills and positive demeanor
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Work with a sense of urgency and commitment to follow through
  • Ability to work as a team member and collaborate with others to meet company goals
