Hiring Immediately! Our client located in Keene, NH is looking for a General Administrator to join their team. This is a full time temp to hire opportunity that offers $14.50-$16/hour depending on experience. This position will have you working Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.
Once hired on by the company you will be eligible for their comprehensive benefits package!
Your duties/responsibilities as the General Administrator:
- Maintain office supplies
- Daily mail distribution
- Business errands as needed
- Help with accounts payable/accounts receivable
- Expense report preparation
- Report preparation and distribution
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings
- Provide support to team
- Other administrative duties as needed
Your skills/qualifications for the General Administrator position:
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of recent and relevant professional office experience, accounting support is a plus
- Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and written/verbal communication skills
- Good time management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Must possess positive outlook and helpful attitude
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
