Hiring Immediately! Our client located in Keene, NH is looking for a General Administrator to join their team. This is a full time temp to hire opportunity that offers $14.50-$16/hour depending on experience. This position will have you working Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.

Once hired on by the company you will be eligible for their comprehensive benefits package!

Your duties/responsibilities as the General Administrator:

  • Maintain office supplies
  • Daily mail distribution
  • Business errands as needed
  • Help with accounts payable/accounts receivable
  • Scanning/filing
  • Expense report preparation
  • Report preparation and distribution
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings
  • Provide support to team
  • Other administrative duties as needed

Your skills/qualifications for the General Administrator position:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of recent and relevant professional office experience, accounting support is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Good time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Must possess positive outlook and helpful attitude
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
