Our Keene NH client is looking to add an Accounting Clerk to their team. This full-time temp-to-hire position will have you working Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm and offers $16-$17/hour depending on experience. This position is responsible for providing support to the accounting team.
Your duties/responsibilities as the Accounting Clerk:
- Daily AR invoicing and mail/email completed invoices
- Daily deposits
- Assist with inventory counts
- Serve as backup for phones
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned
Your required skills/experience for the Accounting Clerk position:
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of office/general accounting experience
- Excellent computer skills including MS Word and Excel
- Experience with Navision accounting software is a plus
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Solid professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong work ethic and habits
