New England cottontails were once common throughout the Northeast, but are now endangered in New Hampshire. Join UNH wildlife biologist Dr. Adrienne Kovach to learn about her work on the reintroduction of these now-rare rabbits. Dr. Kovach will discuss the use of DNA and other tools for tracking the reintroduced rabbits, and review the challenges that still lay ahead for this native mammal species.
