National Dog Biscuit Day Food Drive at Hillside Village, Keene to benefit the Monadnock Humane Society
 
Hillside Village Keene and The Prospect-Woodward Health Center will be holding a food drive for the Monadnock Humane Society on Tuesday, February 23^rd from 10am to 7pm. Help our furry friends during this time of uncertainty by ensuring the Humane Society has the food they need to provide as much nutrition as possible to as many animals as they can. We are looking to collect high-quality food items including canned and dry food as well as treats. And do not forget our feline friends! Donations for both dogs and cats are needed.
 
The Monadnock Humane Society provides food to not only the pets in their shelter, but they also provide food to all their foster homes and have a food pantry for those who are unable to provide food to their own pets. The average cost of caring for a shelter pet is $35/day.
